A pair of 12-story office buildings. Adjacent to these buildings are a pair of 4-level parking structures.

The office buildings are steel framed. The parking structures feature long-span, post-tensioned beams. These structures are supported on long piles (approximately 125 feet long) penetrating through bay mud.
