A $37 million renovation of the public areas of a major office/retail complex. The dominant theme of the renovation is played out in a series of large, exposed steel and aluminum structures.

The centerpiece of the renovation is the Lattice Pavilion. This hexagonal structure rises 131' under a 105' diameter skylight.
