Five 4-story office buildings and a 2-story commons building with cafeteria, auditorium and library. These buildings are steel framed.

The campus is situated above a large underground parking area for 850 vehicles, as well as underground mechanical space. The underground structure uses a concrete slab and beam structural system. Total space: 1,175,000 sf.
