This 25-story building was the first high-rise office tower to be built in San Francisco in over a decade. 101 Second is highlighted by a spacious 60’ tall entrance lobby and public art pavilion. The building’s exterior is a combination of limestone cladding and curtain wall. One level of below-grade parking is also provided. 440,000 sf.
