Robert D. McCartney, S.E.

When Bob joined M+L in 1989 he brought a wide range of experience in the building industry: construction administration, surveying and structural rehabilitation, as well as the design of new buildings and bridges.

His first project with M+L was the Moscone Convention Center Rooftop Expansion, where he served as Construction Administrator. Since this complex project entailed the building of a new structure atop the existing convention center, it provided many opportunities for Bob to apply his wide range of experience and problem-solving skills.

Bob has since served as Principal / Project manager for important M+L projects such as the new Federal Courthouse in Sacramento, office complexes such as Bishop Ranch, and corporate campuses for firms such as Altera and others.
