Carlos Chang, S.E.

Carlos has been with Middlebrook + Louie for over a decade, providing expert project management for many of our most noteworthy projects. These projects include the Elihu M. Harris State Office Building in Oakland, and the award-winning expansion of Aspect Communications headquarters campus in San Jose.

Carlos holds a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering from San Jose University, and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley. Carlos is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
