Architect: Altoon + Porter (Los Angeles)

A mixed use complex with over 7 million square feet of residential, retail, entertainment and parking facilities. Eight 36-story residential towers rise from a 10-story retail/parking structure. This project includes a swimming pool, indoor skating rink, large scale landscaping and water elements, as well as 2 levels of underground parking.

Completed in 1997, Taman Anggrek features the tallest residential towers in Jakarta. The structural system utilizes pile foundations, concrete shearwalls and concrete frames.
