A $30 million renovation of the home of Stanford's nationally prominent basketball and volleyball teams. The program features a new covered concourse along the building perimeter for concession areas and restrooms. New locker rooms, an indoor spa and various training and meeting rooms were added on an underground level. A gain of 300 seats was achieved by structurally extending the pavilion's balconies, and the pavilion's roof trusses were structurally reinforced to accommodate a new center-hung video scoreboard.
