An 18-story residential tower with 12 different floor plans providing 112 residences. The lower 5 levels provide parking for 250 vehicles. The building, which sits on an extremely sloped site, contains a dramatic stone-clad entrance lobby, a social room with kitchen and a fitness facility. The building recently won an award from the American Concrete Institute.
