Three 3-story medical facilities: a 99-bed hospital (108,000
sf ), a new medical office building (75,000 sf) and an
addition to an existing medical office building (15,000
sf). These facilities are steel framed.
This project also includes a 5-level parking structure
(256,000 sf). This reinforced, post-tensioned concrete
structure provides parking for 775 vehicles.
