Now under construction, the new International Hotel Senior Housing will provide 104 units of Section 8 housing to low income seniors. It includes a community and cultural space on the ground floor that will honor the former tenants of the I Hotel and commemorate the history of San Francisco's first Filipino American community, Manilatown. The 16-story building (over 4 underground parking levels) features a post-tensioned concrete structural system.
